Abstract

The development of tourism sector in Bali, especially in Ubud provides manyopportunities for entrepreneurs to start innovating in various fields of business, especiallybusinesses in culinary, because it can not be denied is now the tourists who come to Bali notjust come to enjoy the beauty of the culture and nature of the island of Bali yet tourists arealso looking for a culinary hallmark of the region. Increasing number of same type ofbusiness, especially in the culinary field, the more creative entrepreneurs in the process ofpromotion, a wide variety of promotional strategies used to promote their business names,products they sell as well as the advantages offered from the other competitors.Of course, to draw up appropriate strategies to improve customer satisfaction andloyalty at a culinary entrepreneurs must consider a lot of things that will be able to create apositive brandawaress the name of his business. Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used by sellers of beauty productsthrough social media instagram. This research was conducted by interview and observationtechniques to the fifth online shop is @Angels_cherryl, @Pinkbubbleshop, @Bshop,@Ellyyeppo and @Minishoponline. Measured from 7p marketing strategy marketing mix(product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process) and clarified theSTP marketing strategy (segmentation, targets, and position). Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the influence of interest rate on non-performingloan, 2) the influence of payment period on non-performing loan, 3)the influence ofcollectability on non-performing loan,, 4) the influence of interest rate on collectability, 5)the influence of payment period on collectability, 6) indirect effects of interest rate on nonperformingloan through collectability, 7) indirect effects of payment periodon nonperformingloan through collectability,8)simultaneous effects of interest rate, paymentperiod, collectability on non-performing loan. This research was conductedat PTPegadaian Branch Denpasar using 76 respondents who are employees and officials underinvestigation related to the type of credit. Sources of data used are primary and secondarydata. Variabels used are interest rate and payment period as independent variable,collectability as intervening variable, and dependent variable is non-performing loan.Data collection technique using questionnaires,while the data analysis method use dareresearch instruments includevalidity-reliability test, assesment of normality, outliers test,multicolinearity-singularity test and goodness of fit index; Hypothesis testing methodinclude path analysis, multiple square correlation (R2) as well as direct and indirect effectamong variable. The results showed that: 1) rate of interest has positive and significantinfluence on non-performing loan, 2) payment period has positive and significantinfluence on non- performing loan, 3) collectability significantly negative on effecttowards non-performing loan, 4) rate of interest significantly negative on effect towardscollectability, 5) payment period significantly negative on effect towards collectability, 6)there are indirect effects of interest rate on non-performing loan through collectability 7)there are indirect effects of payment period on non-performing loan through collectability,8) All variables have significant simultaneous effects on non-performingloan.Keywords : rate of interest, payment period, collectability, non performing loan

Abstract

This research aims to know how employee’s perception to improve servant leadership(Study at RSUD Wangaya Denpasar) also how application servant leadership based onPatterson Theory. This research used qualitative method by doing depth interview towardsseven employees as informant.Based on interview can be stated that perception owned by employees RSUDWangaya Kota Denpasar is really required in performing work, because by existence abouthow application servant leadership will be improved as according to procedures aboutquality and benefit servant leadership to all society. Actually, Servant Leadership isleadership culture exist on Christianity teaching. Servant leadership, mainly in Balifrequently known as term”Meyadnya” meansholy sacrifice perfomed sincerely in Hinduteaching. Servant Leadership already performed by RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar and somany changes done by this hospital. Servant leadership is fully proven made RSUD WangayaKota Denpasar as reference hospital that always ready to give service. Approach usedPatterson Theory also really related to how servant leadership can be done at RSUDWangaya Kota Denpasar, which our love in giving best service really needed by many thattake healing at RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar. Each employees should be humble and workwithout ego owned. Application Servant Leadership should be in way of sincere, withoutexpecting and return from society. Abstract

This research objective is investigate the influences among competency,organizational hygiene factor, career scaffold, employees’ job performance and employees’turnover intentions in The Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa. A survey was conducted among asample of 242 employees at the Seminyak Beach Resort & Spa through purposive sampledwith bipolar adjective scale questionnaire but only 189 qualified respondent data could betabulated, those were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling via AMOS 22.0.According the result of the analysis, competency had positive and significantinfluence toward employees’ job performance (? = 0,228, CR = 2,759, ? =0,006) but it hadnegative influence toward career scaffold (? = -0,141, CR = -2,123, ? =0,034). Otherwise,organizational hygiene factor able to give positive influence toward career scaffold (? =0,840, CR =8,705, ? =***) and employees’ job performance (? = 0,206, CR =1,133, ? =0,257) but it had negative influence on employees’ turnover intentions (? = -0,162, CR = -0,914, ? =0,361). Also career scaffold as intervening variable able to give positive andsignificant influence for both employees’ job performance (? = 0,555, CR =2,919, ? =0,004)and employees’ turnover intentions (? = 0,605, CR =2,938, ? =0,003). In the meantime,employees’ job performance had positive and significant influence toward employees’turnover intentions (? = 0,492, CR =3,516, ? =***).The Research limitations/implications – Limitations in this research showed otheroutside factor still giving influence and it might be able to add more variables for nextresearch. Abstract

In order to conduct the clean and good governance for excellent public services, theyhave to support with quality and profesionalism of human resources, responsibility, fair,honest, have a commitment, work satisfaction and loyalty. The purposes this research toexamine and analyze the influence of Commitment, work satisfaction, organizationalcitizenship behaviour (OCB) to contract workers performances.To examine the problem statements, spread the questionaries to 133 employes atDinas Pendapatan Bali Province. The data collected will analyze using structural equationmodelling (SEM). The results are fullfill GoodnessofFitIndexCriteria):Chi-square (c2 ) =107,246, Relatitive Chi-square (c2/df) = 1,192, Probability = 0,104, RMSEA=0,039, GFI =0,911, AGFI=0,866, TLI=0,981, CFI=0,986.The structural equation perform with the regression weight have 4 positives influenceand significance variables, there are committment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB), work satisfaction to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), work satisfaction tocontract workers performances, and organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to contractworkers perfomances. Just one variable have negative value and significance, it iscommitment to contract workers performance. It's mean the committment is not affecteddirectly to contract workers performances, but through with Organizational CitizenshipBehavior (OCB). In other word, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as interveningvariable between committmentandcontract workers performance.Theresearch contributions are measurement of employee performance at DinasPendapatan Bali Province are very important to do and the management give achievementsfor employee performance in obejectives and professional. This research also known thecommittment, work satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variableshave influences to employees performance. Cause of that, three variables must to continuedimplementation to achieved optimized and maximized value of employee performances andinline with management vision and purposess at Dinas Pendapatan Bali Province.Keyword : committment, work satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB),contract worker performances.

Abstract

Arranging employee is a difficult and complex matter because they have differentmind, feeling, status, will and background bring to company so employee can not be set andcharged as like setting machine, capital, building, etc. So this indicates that the need toconduct effective human resources management in organization.Sample determination technique is maximum likelihood estimation using specificconsideration or criteria is permanent employees, then one become sample on this researchis settled as 138 employees. Method used on this research is Structural Equation Modeling(SEM).Research result indicates that conflict variable of double role has positive andsignificant effect to work stress. Conflict variable of double role to work satisfaction isnegative and significant. Variable of leadership style to stress is negative and significant.Variable of leadership style to work satisfaction is positive and significant. Variable ofleadership style to organization commitment is positive and significant. Variable of workstress to work satisfaction is negative and significant. Variable of work stress to organizationcommitment is negative and significant. Variable of work satisfaction to turnover intention isnegative and significant. Variable of work satisfaction to organization commitment is positiveand significant. Variable of organization commitment to turnover intention is negative andsignificant.Based on the matter so it is expected management can be more attentive also canimproving leadership style and more attention to organization commitment of employees tohotel because can effect work satisfaction. There are several method to use to increaseemployee’s organization commitment to hotel, namely, one of it is by providing adequatefacilities, applying good management to employee’s work system. In addition, can beperformed trying to have outside hotel activities such as outing or rafting in together, so it isexpected can minimize level of employee’s work stress and also turnover intention ofemployee.Keywords: Double role conflict, work stress, leadership style, organization commitment,work satisfaction, and turnover intention.

Abstract

This research is madeto determine whethera particular concept ofbranding andpromotion, could help to improve the company’s marketing performance. Apart from twovariables, which are location and marketer, there is also promotion that could improvecompany’s marketing performance. These three are intervening variables to help thecompany’s performance.From the results of research conducted using questionnaire data obtained from 128respondents, which questionnaire results were tabulated using Microsoft excel and processedby the method of Statistics Structural Equation Model ( SEM ) with 20.0 Amos programshowed that the eight criteria Goodness of Fit, there are three criteria are met and onecriteria is marginal. The results obtained after one modifying. Followed by data processingbetween variables can be seen that between five variables studied, the most powerfullvariable is the variable effectiveness of strategy execution. Promotion variable is the variablewith the highest score after the missed intervening variable ( direct effect ).With these results , we can conclude that PT.
